I am proud to run for the Roseville Joint Union High School District Board of Trustees. With 33 years in education, including the past 18 years as a superintendent, I have dedicated my career to helping students succeed. My experience as a teacher, principal, and superintendent has given me a strong understanding of what students, families, and educators need to thrive.
I believe every student deserves multiple pathways to a successful future. Whether their goals include college, military service, a skilled trade, or entering the workforce, our schools should prepare them with the knowledge and skills to succeed. I strongly support Career Technical Education (CTE) opportunities while offering outstanding Advanced Placement (AP) and International Baccalaureate (IB) courses that challenge students and open doors.
As a parent, I am personally invested in our schools. One of my children graduated from Oakmont and one from Woodcreek, and my youngest currently attends Oakmont High School. My family has experienced the RJUHSD firsthand, and I understand the importance of supporting excellent teachers, maintaining strong fiscal responsibility, and making decisions that always put students first. I would be honored to serve our community on the Board of Trustees.
